Custom single family home near the Grove Park Inn. The new structure utilizes the foundation of an existing ranch house, adding a 3-story volume and vaulting the roof to create a contemporary 4-bedroom home with large spaces for entertaining. A three-story stair connects the two masses with large windows at the front facade to highlight the connection of old and new.
