Addition and remodel to a traditional home in Lakeview Park near Beaver Lake. The one story addition is modeled after traditional sun rooms and designed to look like part of the original construction. The new addition houses a transitional eat-in kitchen with built-in seating, bar, and mudroom and provides a new rear entry that connects to houses central circulation. The former kitchen and dining room have been reconfigured as a master suite with high end finishes blending the old and the new.
